Our Process: Step 3 - Insurance Preauthorization

Insurance companies were formerly reluctant to support UFE claiming it was experimental/ investigational. Given its’ now extensive history and well documented clinical results virtually all insurers currently cover UFE. Many companies no longer even require pre-authorization. Our office staff will obtain pre-authorization, when necessary.

Once the pre-authorization request is approved you move on to Step 4: The UFE Procedure.

1 Initial Consultation | 2 Pre-Procedure Testing | 3 Insurance Pre-Authorization |
4 UFE Procedure | 5 Post-Procedure Follow-up |
